GYMBOX also offers Universal Plans — subscription plans that allow gym-goers to access a network of partner gyms with a single membership. Members subscribe directly through the GYMBOX mobile app and can check in at any participating gym.
As a gym owner on GYMBOX, you can opt in to the Universal network and earn revenue from visiting members. It's a great way to fill off-peak hours and reach new customers without any marketing spend.
Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month (or annual if you choose). You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and other popular payment methods. All payments are processed securely.
Do my members need to pay for the app?
No. The GYMBOX mobile app is free for your members. They download it, join your gym using your unique code, and get access to all member features included in your plan.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and suggest upgrading. We won't cut off access for your existing members — but new registrations will be paused until you upgrade.
What are AI credits and how do they work?
AI credits power GYMBOX's AI features — generating personalized training plans, diet plans, coaching recommendations, and more. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of credits that resets each billing cycle. If you need more, you can purchase top-up credit packs from your dashboard at any time. Top-up credits never expire.
Does the Enterprise plan offer custom pricing?
Yes. While the Enterprise plan starts at $199/mo, we offer custom pricing for large gym chains, franchises, and organizations with specific needs. Contact our sales team to discuss a tailored package.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. All paid plans offer a discount when billed annually — Growth at $24/mo ($290/yr), Pro at $66/mo ($790/yr), and Enterprise at $166/mo ($1,990/yr). That's roughly two months free compared to monthly billing.
